Being a steep site, we provided parking in the lower basement and then 2 bedroom apartments on two levels. On another level, we had penthouses that had a 3rd bedroom in the roof attic-very unique as we had a spiral staircase going up to the attic space. The unique thing about the design is that the client loved using timber poles going up to the roof. We also had sloping ceilings on the top most floor that gave the rooms a feeling of spaciousness. The building has a commanding view of the Kisasi-Kyanja road.
